We have a unique model of recruitment and do not gain anything by trying to act as an intermediary so we encourage you to negotiate directly with your employer for permanent positions if you prefer. We can also assist here if you wish. Our specialised Locum system locumnz allows you to speak directly with your employer so no time is wasted by waiting on a recruiter.

Because we work differently to any other “agency” and as a not for profit organisation we ensure you get paid directly by the practice for either permanent or Locum positions. The employment relationship you hold is with them. We support the recruitment process to make it easy.

You must confirm you are eligible to register as a general practitioner in New Zealand, this is administered by the Medical Council of New Zealand. Contact us so we can talk you through the New Zealand requirements or visit https://www.mcnz.org.nz/

All matters to do with your eligibility to immigrate to this country can be discussed with us or the nearest New Zealand consular office. These are usually located in the New Zealand Embassy or High Commission in most overseas countries.

If you are successful in gaining a role in a permanent position we will help you as much as you need to find accommodation, schooling, vehicles, sports clubs and anything else you may require to settle you and your family into your new location and role.
